Cheese And Green Onion Biscuits

These buttery biscuits melt in your mouth and are best served warm out of the oven!
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups pancake mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup milk
to brush on top after baking
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine pancake mix and baking powder in large bowl. With two knives cut in butter until crumbly.
3. Add garlic powder, cheese, green onions and milk.
4. Stir thoroughly until a smooth dough forms.
5. Drop dough in large spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. When you take the biscuits out of the oven, melt the butter, stir in garlic powder. Use a brush (or spoon) to spread the garlic butter over the tops of the biscuits. Eat immediately and savour every bite! :)
