Cheese and Bacon Waffles

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup of grated cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Directions:
1. Add all the dry ingredients and sift.
2. Beat the egg yolks and add them to the milk.
3. Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ones.
4. Add your melted butter.
5. Now add your cheese and bacon.
6. Beat the egg whites until they are stiff and add them to the batter just before making.
7. Pre-heat the waffle iron for 2 minutes.
8. Add batter, cook and enjoy!
