1 lb ground sirloin
1 lb ground chuck
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions:
1. Combine ground meats in a large bowl.
2. Season with Worcestershire, dry mustard, 2 tsp salt and mix until combined.

7. Top each burger with a slice of cheddar.
8. Butter both sides of buns and grill over direct medium heat until lightly toasted.
9. Serve burgers on rolls with desired toppings.
