I typically make this in the fall. I think it's a nice change from the usual spreads.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped apple
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients mixing until well blended.
2. Chill. Serve with assorted crackers.
