Ingredients:
5/8 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 t. caraway seeds
3 tsp. yeast
Directions:
1. Place ingredients into bread pan and push start. Let cool for one hour before slicing. This is a dense bread. Use the day you make it. IT doesn't keep well.
