Cheddar Olive Bread

This dish adds a lot of flavor to any meal, its a wonderful addition.
Ingredients:
1-lb. loaf french bread, cut in half (lengthwise)
6 ozs. shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup real mayonaise (not miracle whip)
3 tbsps. chopped chives (fresh or freeze dried)
1 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsps. sliced black olives
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Slice french bread lengthwise and set aside
3. Slice olives and set aside
4. In small bowl , combine cheese, mayonaise, chives and chili powder
5. Stir until mixed well
6. Spread each half of bread with cheese mixture to within a 1/2 inch of edges.
7. Arrange olive slices over cheese
8. Bake on lined cookie sheet for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
