Not too sweet. Just right. I had to classify them under desserts. I prefer it as a midnight snack or even a quick, on the go breakfast! These are great right out of the oven. Even the leftovers are good re-warmed!!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
3. Add the cheese and mix.
4. Put the remaining ingredients in too.
5. Combine until well mixed.
6. Put in muffin cups. (fill 3/4 full).
7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
