Cheddar Macaroni Salad

This is a very nice macaroni salad loaded with great flavors. I make this often and bring it to work for my lunch. Love it. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 cup elbow or medium shell macaroni
3/4 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1 stalk celery sliced
1/2 small green bell pepper chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas thawed
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions then drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Drain again.
3. Combine macaroni, cheese, celery, bell pepper, peas and onion then stir gently to combine.
4. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, pickle relish, and 1/4 teaspoon salt then toss with macaroni.
5. Cover and chill several hours or overnight then stir in additional milk if necessary.
