Cheddar Fruit Salad

A combination of many flavors makes this salad different from all the rest. Tastes best when thoroughly chilled.
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pits removed and cut into slices
3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
3 cups grapes, seedless
4 cups lettuce, shredded
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
1. Stir the mayonnaise, sour cream and honey together in a small sized bowl.
2. In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of the cheese together with the lettuce.
3. In a 2 1/2 quart glass bowl, place a layer of half the lettuce mixture, peaches, left over lettuce mixture, strawberries, grapes and left over cheese. Apply the mayonnaise mixture to the top, or serve on the side if preferred. Chill well prior to serving.
