Cheddar Chutney Spread

Ingredients:
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped onions
3 tablespoons dry sherry (or to taste)
1/2-1 teaspoon curry powder
1 dash tabasco sauce
3/4 cup mango chutney
1/2 cup chopped almonds
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender.
2. Pack into crock or small bowl.
3. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
4. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
