Cheddar Cheese Pie ( Quiche ) |

This is really like a quiche-and very good. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces) |
2 tablespoons flour |
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 1/2 cups milk |
3/4 cup diced cooked ham or 3/4 cup cooked bacon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°. 2. Toss cheese with flour. 3. Add eggs, milk, ham or bacon and seasonings. 4. Mix well. 5. Pour into pie crust. 6. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour. |
