Cheddar Cheese Fondue

Creamy and indulgent, think Valentine's day.
Ingredients:
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 garlic clove, halved
6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons flour
optional hot sauce
your chose of dipping selections i like beer sausage, crusty bread or apple
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over low heat, stir in half and half, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic. Stir until hot, but not boiling. Discard garlic. In bowl, toss cheese with flour. Whisk gradually. Slowly add cheese to the sauce mixture, stirring constantly. It will be ready when cheese is melted and looks smooth and bubbly. Serve.
