Cheddar Bacon and Apple Panini

Sharp, sweet and smoky. A hearty sandwich that goes perfectly with tomato soup on a cold day or fresh fruit in the summer.
Ingredients:
8 slices country-style white bread
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked
1 granny smih apple, thinly sliced
dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Heat panini press to medium-low heat.
2. Spread Dijon on 4 slices of bread. Top with slices of Cheddar, 2 pieces of bacon, apple slices and additional Cheddar. Place the remaining bread on top.
3. Place on panini press and cook until cheese is slightly melted and bread is browned and crispy.
