I'm a cheese ball, cheese log kinda gal, just in case you haven't noticed by now. This fit right into my requirements! Gleaned from .
Ingredients:
8 ounces package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons green onions,sliced
1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
crackers
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, Worcestershire and hot pepper sauce on large bowl on medium speed., scraping bowl often, until smooth
2. Stir in cheese, bacon and green onions by hand.
3. Cover.
4. Refrigerate at least two hours.
5. Form cheese mixture into log shape OR ball.
6. Roll in chopped pecans to coat.
7. Wrap in plastic wrap.
8. Refrigerate until serving.
9. Serve with crackers.
