Ingredients:
2 chayotes
2 tablespoons slivered red onions
finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juice of
salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
chopped fresh hot chili pepper
Directions:
1. Peel chayotes and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds, then cut flesh into thin slices.
2. In a bowl, combine chayotes, red onion and cilantro.
3. Season with lime juice, salt and chile peppers. Sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
