Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces amaretto

1 egg white

4 teaspoons confectioners' sugar

4 ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix

crushed ice

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender
2. and blend until frothy.
3. Serve.
4. over rocks if desired.
