Another variation on bbq pork. Enjoy! *Prep time does not include standing/marinating time.
Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon black bean sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2/3 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Mix all marinade ingredients. Pour over pork, turning until well coated. Let stand 3-4 hours.
2. Arrange pork on a rack over a baking pan. The rack should keep the meat from touching the water. Place pan in preheated 350 F oven, pour in boiling water.
3. Roast about 30 min., or until done through. Check occasionally to make sure the liquid doesn't all cook away.
4. Slice thinly.
