Chapel Hill Swiss Corn Bake

Ingredients:
3 cups corn (16 oz bag frozen)
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup cracker crumb
1 tablespoon melted butter
Directions:
1. Put the corn into a large bowl. Add the milk, onion, salt, pepper, and grated cheese. Mix well.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan, or a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle crumbs mixed with the melted butter over the top.
3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes.
