Ingredients:
50 g chana
1 red capsicum
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, seeds removed and thinly sliced
mint leaf
5 cloves garlic
coriander leaves
3 green chilies (if needed you can add as you want)
lemon juice
salt
mustard powder (if there)
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons hot water
Directions:
1. Mix the dressing ingredients in a blender.
2. Boil the chana with salt.
3. Add capsicum, onion and tomato and mix them.
4. Keep it in fridge till required.
5. Add the dressing before 10 minutes of serving.
