I make this alot for wedding receptions. it's really just a dressed up Jello mold
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) envelope white grape gelatin
1 cup champagne or 1 cup ginger ale
1/2 lb white grapes, halved
8 ounces chopped walnuts
1 lb strawberry, halved
1 lb chopped rhubarb
8 ounces ricotta cheese
Directions:
1. Boil 1 cup hot water and stir in jello mix.
2. Then add the Champange.
3. mix well and then mix in the ricotta and fruit and nuts.
4. Chill at least 1 hour.
