A sweet custard,wonderful with fresh berries
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
10 egg yolks
1 cup champagne
Directions:
1. In the top of a double boiler, whisk together sugar and egg yolks.
2. Stir in champagne.
3. Place over simmering water, whisking constantly, until mixture becomes thick and foamy.
4. Chill until firm.
