This is a delicious recipe for mustard. I serve this with toasted ham and brie sandwiches. I also give it as gifts to friends and neighbors at Christmas. Aging this the 3-4 months as recommended will give you a delicate and smooth mustard.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 ounces flat champagne
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
