This is a variation of a Mexican Haystack type of meal. We love it at our house.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bag fritos corn chips
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 cup cheese
1 cup chopped tomato
1 head lettuce
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
1 (16 ounce) can olives
Directions:
1. Heat refried beans.
2. Grate Cheese.
3. Shred Lettuce.
4. Layer and serve.
