Ingredients:
1/4 stick(s) butter
4 cup(s) cubed challah
8 ounce(s) egg beaters
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
3 cup(s) skim milk
1.5 cup(s) splenda
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix together egg beaters, splenda, milk, butter, and spices.
2. Arrange challah in 2 QT casserole dish
3. Pour liquid mixture over challah, mix well, press in to help challah absorb liquid.
4. Bake at 375 for half an hour uncovered, half an hour covered
