Oatmeal with a hint of spice and a tart kick of raspberry.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. light vanilla soymilk
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
1/8 t. ground cardamom
4 t. honey
1/2 c. raspberries
Directions:
1. Boil 1c. milk with water and spices over med-high heat. Reduce heat. Simmer oats until liquid is absorbed (about 5 min). Pour on additional milk, honey, and add berries.
