Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place two strawberries, peach slices, orange juice and sugar in a blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
  2. Pour three tablespoons of the blended fruit mixture in the bottom of a parfait or wine glass.
  3. Add strawberry ice cream and an additional three tablespoons of blended fruit mixture and one tablespoon of almonds.
  4. Repeat with the peach ice cream, remaining blended fruit mixture and almonds.
  5. Top with whipped cream and remaining strawberry.
