What could be easier. A great way tob use up that left over celery
Ingredients:
4 cups chopped celery
3 medium onions
1 cup grated cheese
1 1/2 cups walnuts
3 cups fresh breadcrumbs
2 cups tomato juice
3 eggs
Directions:
1. Beat eggs then add remaining ingredients in the order given,.
2. Grease a loaf tin or casserole dish, and place celery mix in.
3. Bake 180C for approx 60 minutes.
