This is a nice and refreshing appetizer. I serve it often at card parties as well as baby and bridal showers, always eaten right up and I get great compliments. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 bunch celery separated into ribs
3 ounces cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 ounce can tiny shrimp rinsed and finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped stuffed green olives
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Cut celery ribs into 2” pieces then finely chop one piece and set aside. 2. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. 3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and reserved chopped celery. 4. Stuff into celery ribs and refrigerate until serving.
