Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup wheat flour, whole grain
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup oats (ground)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 egg whites
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. Combine oil and sugars, kind of whip them. They won't whip very well, but try. Set aside.
3. Combine soy milk, vanilla, and eggs.
4. Slowly add the flour and egg mixtures to the sugar, alternating between the two.
5. When everything is throughly combined, add the chocolate.
