Ingredients:

1 cup coarse salt

12 ice cubes

1 -ounce caviar (your choice of fancy imported or economic lumpfish)

Directions:

1. Spread salt over a serving plate. Place ice cubes on plate. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of caviar on each ice cube. Serve immediately.
