Caviar Cream Sauce

An excellent sauce to serve with gravlax or smoked salmon.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons red caviar, small size
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, fresh grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly grated
Directions:
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Stir gently, chill until ready to serve.
3. Just before serving, spoon into serving bowl and garnish with some caviar and slivers of lemon rind.
