Cauliflower With Chiles and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower
1 tablespoon butter
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped & drained
1/2 cup minced scallion
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Core cauliflower and break into small florets; steam 4 to 5 minutes until just crisp-tender.
2. Drain and combine with 2 tablespoons butter.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs.
4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and remaining butter after putting in shallow 2-quart dish.
5. Bake at 350*F for about 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
