Cauliflower Salad

Good summer dish! Great for a BBQ
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
2 carrots
1/2 onion
14 slices bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1/2 cup miracle whip
3/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Chop cauliflower, carrots, onion, and bacon into a large salad bowl (perferably that has a lid).
2. Whisk together mayonnaise and sugar in another bowl.
3. Pour over vegetable mixture, put lid on and shake to insure all vegetables are covered in dressing.
4. Place in fridge overnight to marinate. Best if left turned upside down.
