Great on a hot summer day! Another great recipe from a family reunion. You may use fat free miracle whip.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 lb bacon
1 onion
2 cups miracle whip
1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Into a large bowl add:.
2. Cut cauliflower into bitesize pieces.
3. Cut lettuce into bitesize pieces.
4. Fry bacon crisp then drain.
5. Crumble bacon and add to vegetables.
6. Mix miracle whip and sugar together then smooth over the top of the vegetables.
7. Cover with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to serve then mix all together.
