Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

I don't eat potatoes because of the carbs... These have a wonderful flavor and I don't miss mashed potatoes at all! I actually prefer these now.
Ingredients:
1 large head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
white pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter a medium sized casserole dish.
3. Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes or until very soft.
4. Drain cauliflower throroughly, cool slighty.
5. Puree the cauliflower in a food processor with all of the remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the 1 tablespoon of butter until completely smooth. (You may need to puree the cauliflower in batches. Put half the florets and half the rest of the ingredients and repeat).
6. Put the puree in the casserole dish. Cut the 1 Tablespoon of remaining butter into 4 small squares and place on top. of cauliflower.
7. Cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
