Cauliflower Casserole

Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Ingredients:
fresh cauliflower
salted water
1/2 lb. velvetta cheese
1 stick margarine cut in half
40 ritz crackers
Directions:
1. Wash fresh cauliflower well and break into flowers.
2. Cook until tender in salted water and drain.
3. Melt 1/2 pound Velvetta cheese and 1/2 stick margarine over hot water.
4. Add to cooked cauliflower in buttered casserole.
5. Melt the other half stick margarine in a large pan.
6. Crush about 40 Ritz crackers and stir into margarine.
7. Spread the crumb mixture over the cauliflower mixture.
8. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
