Cauliflower Au Gratin

This is a different way to prepare cauliflower that is very tasty. I had this dish at a neighbor's barbecue and had to have the recipe.
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 (14 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes
1/4 cup milk
oregano
salt
pepper
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes.
2. Simmer next 4 ingredients for 5 minutes and then add seasonings.
3. Combine cauliflower and sauce in baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs.
5. Bake 15 minutes at 375°.
