Cauliflower and Chicken Casserole

Although the idea for this recipe came from the 2009 Fix-It and Forget-It: Our Best Slow-Cooker Recipes, it's not terribly recognizable here! That doesn't, however, make it any the less tasty! The listed cooking time is for the slow cooker on HIGH!
Ingredients:
1 (12 1/2 ounce) can chicken breasts, in water, drained
1 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 lb cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 cup chicken broth, fat-free, low-sodium
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, low-sodium
1/4-1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 cup green peas, frozen, thawed
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients EXCEPT the peas, then stir to mix well.
2. Cover & cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours OR on LOW for 4 to 6 hours.
3. Stir in the green peas & let stand 10 minutes, uncovered.
