Cathy's Favorite Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat in cast iron or oven safe skillet.
  2. Drain all but 1 tablespoon of fat. Stir in onion, green pepper ad garlic. Saute 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, water, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and spaghetti. Stir to combine. Push spaghetti down into liquid.
  4. Cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
  6. Cover with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Leave uncovered.
  7. Bake 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.
