Cath's Chili Con Carne

A delicious con carne with just the right amount of kick.
Ingredients:
500 g beef mince
1 (425 g) can baked beans
1 (425 g) can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 onion
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon mexican chili powder
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
4 baked potatoes (optional)
sour cream (optional)
grated cheese (optional)
chopped chives (optional)
Directions:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. Saute the onion and garlic.
3. Brown the beef mince.
4. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
5. If having with baked potatoes, serve the con carne on a baked potato, with garnishes if you wish.
