Cass's Gingerbread Waffles

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 tablespoons butter (melted & cooled)
Directions:
1. Beat eggs till fluffy and add sugar, molasses and buttermilok and beat. In a large bowl sift dry ingredients and add to batter and stir till smooth. Add buter and combine.
2. Make in waffle maker.
3. If freezing cool cooked waffles on rack and
4. layer separately between sheets of wax paper.
5. Place in zip lock bag.
6. Reheat in toaster or 300 F oven )but not in a microwave).
