Cashew Macaroni Salad

A light tasting crunchy pasta salad with chicken
Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
3 cooked chopped chicken breasts
1 cup cashews
1 cup frozen baby peas
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions, rinse in cold water. Add chopped vegetables,chicken and peas.
2. Mix mayonnaise, brown sugar and lemon juice and pour over macaroni mixture. Cover with cashews before serving.
