Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
  2. Add mushroom soup, chicken broth and soy sauce.
  3. Simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice and chicken.
  5. Pour in a 9x13 inch baking pan and bake 15 minutes at 350*.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with cashew nuts and chow mein noodles.
  7. Return to oven and bake 20 more minutes.
