Use this nut butter with vegetables in a whole wheat pita, or use it as a substitute for tahini when you make hummus.
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, toasted
Directions:
1. Place cashews in a food processor. Process 2 minutes, stopping once to scrape down sides. Store in a covered jar or other airtight container in refrigerator.
