Casanova Tuna Steak

my friend worked at Casanova in Monterrey where she created this recipe.
Ingredients:
3 tuna steaks
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. rinse off tuna steaks and pat dry.
2. mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
3. rub tuna steaks all over with the spices, using up all of the spices and oil.
4. grill or broil the tuna steaks over highest heat until done - approximately 3-4 minutes per side for a 2 inch thick steak.
5. note: most people overcook tuna by cooking too long on too low a temperature or by forgetting that they will continue to cook for a few minutes after they are removed from the heat.
