Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil |
4 carrots, sliced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon water |
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon sesame seeds |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil in skillet. 2. Add carrots, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water and ginger root. 3. Cook and stir until carrots are crisp-tender. 4. Stir in honey. 5. Top with sesame seeds. 6. Season with pepper. |
