Carrots With Soy, Ginger and Honey

Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
4 carrots, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat sesame oil in skillet.
2. Add carrots, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon water and ginger root.
3. Cook and stir until carrots are crisp-tender.
4. Stir in honey.
5. Top with sesame seeds.
6. Season with pepper.
