Carrots With Orange Sauce

Ingredients:
carrot (baby carrots or carrot sticks)
4 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons butter
parsley (optional)
lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until just tender.
2. In separate saucepan, measure in the next 5 ingredients.
3. Heat until thick, stirring constantly.
4. Add parsley.
5. If you think it's too sweet, you can add some lemon juice.
6. Pour orange sauce over drained carrots.
7. Serve.
8. Reheats well.
