Another Deck O'Meals Louisiana Cajun
Ingredients:
5 cups sliced fresh carrots
1 large onion (sliced)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 bell pepper (sliced)
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can cond. tomato soup
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Boil sliced carrots till tender.
2. Drain.
3. Mix dry ingredients.
4. Add soup, oil, vinegar and worcestershire sauce.
5. Pour mixture over carrots, onion, and bell pepper.
6. May be eaten at once or marinated overnight.
