Carrots in the Crock-Pot

I came up with this when I had an abundance of carrots and needed some different ways to prepare them. This was inspired by the Frugal Gourmet-RIP.
Ingredients:
4 cups carrots, chopped into bite size pieces
6 cups chicken stock (i use homemade)
1 tablespoon celery seed
Directions:
1. Mix all together in crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
