This is a nice side dish that goes well with chicken, pork, or beef. I like to make this when I have left over carrots. Enjoy Ingredients:
2 cups grated raw carrots |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1-1/2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar |
2 eggs well beaten |
1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds |
1 cup evaporated milk |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small casserole. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and stir into the casserole. 3. Bake 40 minutes at 350. |
